We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event planning and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting industry. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale public gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
- Communicate and liaise with clients, vendors, and venue staff to ensure event requirements are met.
- Support the preparation of event materials such as agendas, signage, and promotional items.
- Help set up and dismantle event venues, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly arranged.
- Maintain accurate records of event budgets, schedules, and logistics.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
