Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives for our event services while providing exceptional support throughout the event planning process. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to build strong client relationships and coordinate event logistics efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for event services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about event packages.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with event planning and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Coordinate site visits and client meetings as necessary to support the sales process.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or event coordination, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
