Job Description
- Drive conference and events sales to achieve monthly conversion targets
- Prepare quotations and proposals for conferences, meetings, and events
- Coordinate events from enquiry through to execution
- Liaise closely with operational departments to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maximise revenue opportunities through strategic planning and upselling
- Maintain a strong onsite presence to support clients and operations as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Hotel Conference & Events Sales
- Experience with Delphi and Opera preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Positive, motivated, and outgoing personality
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work onsite
