- Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000 CAD

What You'll Own
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, sales leaders, and management teams, helping them identify performance gaps and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.
Your impact will include:
- Improving sales performance through stronger processes, accountability systems, and operational discipline.
- Evaluating sales calls, proposals, estimates, customer interactions, and conversion activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Designing scorecards, KPIs, forecasting systems, and reporting frameworks that provide leaders with greater visibility and control.
- Helping organizations improve booking rates, close rates, average ticket values, lead response times, follow-up consistency, and pipeline management.
- Building repeatable sales playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that increase consistency across teams.
- Coaching sales managers and representatives to become stronger leaders, communicators, and performers.
- Leading workshops, training sessions, and sales reviews that accelerate skill development and execution.
- Collaborating with business owners, operations leaders, and finance teams to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of consulting methodologies, training tools, and future service offerings.
