Cityscape Global, organised by Tahaluf and sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority, Housing Program and Vision 2030, is the largest property event of its kind in the world.

The show saw 164,000+ attendees from over 120 countries in 2025. The 166,000 square meter venue was completely sold with over 577 exhibitors, with every Saudi Giga-projects showcasing under one roof. Over US $63 billion in deals and projects were announced during the show, with representation from institutional investors of a combined US $6.1 trillion in Assets Under Management (AUM), including the likes of BlackRock, JPMorgan, PGIM, and Brookfield.

Featuring 4 public stages, innovative competitions and closed-door programmes, Cityscape Global 2025 convened visionary leaders from every corner of the globe. One of those stages is ESTAAD; a specialised platform focused on the development of global sports infrastructure and entertainment-led real estate, bringing together stadium developers, operators, investors, and public sector stakeholders to explore how venues and sports districts drive economic growth, urban transformation, and major event hosting – within both the Saudi context and international benchmarks.

Job Description 

The team is looking for a Senior Conference Producer on a maternity cover contract, with an opportunity to be considered for a similar full-time role after the completion of the cover. The successful candidate will have a strong network of high-level speakers, including government officials, international developers, sports personalities, stadium owners, and tech visionaries. This role requires proven experience in conceptualising and managing large-scale conferences with significant governmental participation.

Key Responsibilities

Conference Production

  • Conduct in-depth research with industry leaders to shape relevant content streams and build a compelling conference agenda.
  • Own the agenda development for one of the conference stages and event activations, curating high-impact content and engaging session formats.
  • Manage 100+ high-profile international and local speakers, ensuring seamless coordination pre-event and onsite.
  • Maintain an up-to-date speaker database, ensuring accuracy in speaker lists and event files.
  • Contribute to regular reporting to government partners, post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Engage with government stakeholders and key partners to pitch and secure high-level speaking opportunities, run client status meetings and ensure a smooth experience pre-event and onsite.
  • Enhance event visibility by identifying and collaborating with local programming partners for content co-curation and onsite activations.
  • Support the conference team in preparing stakeholder reports and presentation materials.

Project Management

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Logistics, and Senior Management to align on event objectives, audience acquisition and speaker positioning, ensuring conference content is communicated strategically and enhances B2B visibility.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline coordination and decision-making across event teams.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum five years’ experience in conference production.
  • Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Brand and market awareness.
  • Capable of effectively leveraging the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude

Desirable

  • Related industry knowledge in Sports or Stadiums development
  • Arabic proficiency
