We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven AI Strategy and Operations Lead to drive the CCO organization’s AI initiatives end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, go-to-market, and customer experience, turning AI vision into scalable execution.
This is a builder role: creating structure where none exists, identifying gaps, and driving impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
About the Role
Own and execute AI initiatives across the CCO organization - from strategy to rollout
Translate company AI strategy into actionable plans across teams
Support GTM strategy for AI offerings, including positioning, segmentation, and launch plans
Design and optimize operational processes to support AI initiatives
Analyze data, define KPIs, and track performance
Partner cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Marketing, CCO) to ensure alignment and execution
Lead internal and external communication around AI initiatives
Build processes, frameworks, and motions from scratch
Create clarity in ambiguous environments
Identify and solve gaps quickly
Manage multiple priorities with high efficiency
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Requirements
Experience in operations, strategy, or program/project management
Strong ability to translate strategy into execution
Proven execution skills and ownership mindset
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
High adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
