Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience in school counseling or related roles, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
• Understanding of child and adolescent development and mental health issues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
• Commitment to student welfare and safeguarding policies.
