Revere Staffing Partners is hiring for one of our premier clients in the Wethersfield, CT area. We are seeking a Senior Accountant/FP&A professional to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business operations within a growing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Perform month-end close, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
• Support capital investment decisions and business case development
• Partner with operational leaders to drive financial performance
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of FP&A, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 - $95,000 annual salary
