We are actively hiring theoretical scientists to take part in designing, building, and operating fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers. You will work in a tight-knit team, working across quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, quantum architecture, very closely integrated with quantum hardware teams, doing whatever is required to build the working quantum computer. A strong background in quantum error correction is desirable. We are hiring at all experience levels, including post-bachelors, masters, PhD, and beyond.
Requirements:

Works well in a highly collaborative team environment
Compensation:
$200,000-$300,000/year depending on experience
