We are hiring a Project Manager to lead the Star B2C Programs unit — a combined commercial operation covering professional certification programs through internationally recognised bodies and a premium facility activation program at one of Riyadh’s most prestigious addresses. This is a full ownership role. You manage the unit as a formal project, you lead the team within it, and you are accountable for its commercial and operational performance.
As a project manager, you will:
• Develop and maintain the project plan, timeline, and milestone schedule across all program tracks
• Manage the project budget and resource allocation
• Build, lead, and manage the project team including project specialists
• Track, measure, and report project performance to senior leadership on a regular basis
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep delivery on track
• Coordinate with Star’s PMO team to hand over program delivery upon deal close
• Ensure all milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope
Scope of work for this project:
• Drive B2B sales with corporate clients across training, certification, and facility-based programs — this is the primary commercial objective of the role
• Build and maintain a rolling six-month programs calendar covering all tracks under this unit
• Manage strategic relationships with international certification bodies at the partnership level, including scheduled strategic reviews and renewal negotiations
• Oversee B2C certification sales, facility program sales, and inbound inquiry management through the project specialists
• Identify and actively pursue cross-selling opportunities between the certification and facility program tracks
• Own the requirements and acceptance of a unified digital platform being built for this unit
• Manage the training and L&D dimension of the project, including the certification partner ecosystem and program design input
Requirements
• 5–8 years of project management experience, with exposure to commercial or revenue-generating projects
• Background in training, L&D, or a related domain — required for credibility with corporate L&D buyers and certification body partners
• Demonstrated B2B sales or business development experience — you have built and closed corporate relationships
• Strong organisational skills — able to manage a programs calendar, a team, a budget, and a pipeline simultaneously
• Confident communicator in Arabic and English, written and verbal
• AI-fluent in the serious sense — you have restructured how you work around AI tools and use them to multiply your output across research, planning, analysis, and execution. Not drafting emails. Real workflow integration.
