Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple industries.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, negotiation, and offer management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders on recruitment progress and market developments.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
