• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, guiding them seamlessly through the recruitment journey.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to negotiation and final offers.
• Stay informed on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to continuously improve hiring efforts.
• Provide regular updates and insightful reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects with efficiency and creativity.
• Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail to handle various tasks simultaneously.
