As a Project Manager / Product Owner in our Platform Development team, you own and coordinate a broad range of end-to-end deliveries. You take the lead in shaping medium to large initiatives, tactical projects, and critical workstreams, while maintaining the bigger picture across the team’s portfolio. You are responsible for:
- As a Project Manager you maintain a helicopter view across a limited portfolio (1–2 development squads) and ensur alignment across initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs and flow metrics linked to delivered value and produce monthly reporting on team deliveries.
- Act as a bridge between architects, scrum masters, developers, other PMs, and the PMO.
- Create and maintain delivery plans including risks, issues, and action plans.
- Acting as Product Owner for medium to large projects and critical workstreams by : i
- Manage stakeholder alignment depending on team autonomy and seniority and arbitrate or escalate complex situations requiring cross-team alignment.
