Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and system access setup.
Help review and organize employment contracts and other HR documentation.
Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) initiatives.
Assist in pre-boarding and onboarding processes across regional offices.
Support benefits administration and employee data management.
Contribute to the development and execution of internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Availability to commit to a 5 - 6 month internship is required.
