We are looking for a friendly and solutions-focused Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering queries by email, chat, and phone, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot common problems, escalate complex issues, and keep accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements
Previous customer service or support experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to problem-solving. Comfortable using helpdesk and chat tools. Strong attention to detail and good time management. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
Benefits
