Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our remote finance team. In this role you will manage incoming payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding accounts to keep our cash flow healthy. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will generate and send invoices, allocate received payments, reconcile customer accounts, chase overdue balances, and prepare aging reports. Requirements
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or Pastel. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills for following up on payments. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
Benefits
