About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven individual to own and streamline end-to-end commercial operations across our managed client centres. This role will act as a critical bridge between internal teams, finance, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless billing, procurement, and financial governance.

You will own the commercial engine across multiple sites—driving billing discipline, vendor governance, cost visibility, and process standardization. This is a high-ownership role for someone who operates confidently at the intersection of finance and operations, and can run high-volume transactions with strong control and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do

Billing & Client Finance Management

  • Own the end-to-end client billing lifecycle across managed centres.
    • Ensure timely invoicing with high accuracy and alignment to contracts / SOWs.
    • Liaise with client finance teams for invoice submission, clarifications, and collections tracking.
    • Maintain clean documentation and audit trails for all billing activities.

Internal Finance Liaison (Zinnov Finance)

  • Act as the single point of contact between operations teams and Zinnov Finance.
    • Ensure timely invoice processing, revenue recognition alignment, and payment tracking.
    • Drive closure on billing/collection issues through crisp coordination and escalation management.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Drive procurement processes across sites with strong governance and repeatability.
    • Manage vendor onboarding, PO creation, approvals, and tracking.
    • Ensure contracting and purchase decisions align to scope, SLAs, and commercial terms.

Vendor Billing & Payments

  • Validate vendor invoices against contracts, SLAs, and actual delivery.
    • Ensure timely submission to finance, payment tracking, and closure of disputes.
    • Improve vendor payment turnaround time through stronger workflows and documentation hygiene.

Financial Control & Governance

  • Maintain site-wise cost trackers and build strong visibility on cost vs revenue.
    • Run budget vs actual analysis and share cost optimization insights.
    • Identify cost leakages, process inefficiencies, and areas for governance strengthening.
    • Ensure zero leakage in procurement and invoicing through controls and discipline.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Streamline billing cycles, approval workflows, and documentation routines.
    • Drive standardization across all centres through templates, SOPs, and governance cadence.
    • Identify automation opportunities to reduce cycle times and manual effort.

Forward-Looking / Strategic Commercial Support

  • Support commercial structuring for new deals and site expansions.
    • Provide pricing inputs and operational feasibility insights for Build + Operate models.
    • Partner with leadership to strengthen scalable commercial playbooks for managed centres.

What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in roles that sit at the intersection of finance and operations.
    • Background in facilities, managed services, GCC operations, consulting, or multi-site delivery environments preferred.
    • Experience handling high-volume transactions and multi-site operations with strong control discipline.

Key Skills

  • Strong billing, invoicing, and contract/SOW alignment discipline; high attention to accuracy and closure.
    • Procurement and vendor management experience: onboarding, PO governance, invoice validation, dispute management.
    • Strong financial governance mindset: trackers, cost control, budget vs actual analysis, leakage identification.
    • Strong stakeholder management across internal teams, finance, vendors, and client stakeholders.
    • Process improvement orientation with ability to standardize and scale workflows across sites.
    • Comfortable operating under tight timelines with high ownership and execution rigor.

  • Billing runs with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery across all managed centres.
    • Billing cycle time reduces measurably through improved workflows, documentation, and approvals.
    • Vendor payment turnaround improves—fewer disputes, faster validations, and stronger finance coordination.
    • Cost vs revenue visibility becomes decision-ready—site-wise trackers, budget vs actual insights, and clear governance.
    • Zero leakage in procurement and invoicing—controls tighten and exceptions reduce over time.
    • Commercial processes become standardized across centres—repeatable playbooks that scale with growth.
