Title: Sr. Specialist, Account Management

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Specialist at LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. (LGESAZ) will support commercialization, OEM engagement and brand positioning for our brand-new facility and product lines. The Senior Specialist role bridges product marketing, manufacturing ramp-up and commercial execution – ensuring that our new operations are successfully positioned with automotive OEMs and strategic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support launch strategy for new cylindrical cell production lines
  • Partner with Operations to align marketing messaging with ramp milestones and quality certifications
  • Translate manufacturing capabilities (GWh capacity, yield targets) into customer value
  • Prepare executive-level materials for internal meetings and customer meetings
  • Support customer business meetings, audits and facility tours with aligned messaging
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly shipment & sales plan and lead relevant communication with internal/external stakeholders
  • Administer internal system for sales activities (ERP - prefer SAP, S/O creation, etc.)
  • Coordinate LGESAZ’s account receivables to its customer's account payables.
  • Support and collaborate with Associate Program/Project Management (PPM)
  • Measure KPI's including: sales revenue status, accounts receivable status, sales forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with key account managers, OEM customers and communicate with HQ
  • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
    • Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
    • Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or related field required
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred 7+ years of related experience, preferably in battery, automotive or advanced manufacturing
  • Demonstrated understanding of lithium-ion manufacturing processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering
  • Experience with new plant commissioning a plus
  • Knowledge of quality standards and automotive qualification processes
  • Ability to work across global time zones, as needed, to collaborate with South Korea HQ and other global sites
