Purpose of the Role

The Project Coordinator provides vital day-to-day support across the project life cycle, ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and successful project execution. This role supports Project Managers and wider delivery teams by managing documentation, monitoring progress, tracking budgets and risks, and maintaining clear communication between stakeholders.

Working within a dynamic environment, the Project Coordinator ensures that projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Act as a central point of communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Assist with budget monitoring, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Help identify risks/issues and support mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project files.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate team tasks and provide support to keep projects on track.
• Assist with change management processes and client communications.

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse teams.
• Experience in project delivery or technical/engineering environments is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
