Magic Law Group is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant specializing in Google Ads management to support the expansion of our referral program. This is a fully remote, contract position requiring proven expertise in managing paid search and display campaigns across the Google Ads platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, develop negative keyword lists, and optimize ad copy
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score)
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics integrations
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently across campaigns
  • Generate regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members to align campaign strategy with referral program objectives
  • Stay up to date on Google Ads platform changes, policies, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and quality score optimization
  • Experience with campaign types including Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement performance improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
  • Experience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


System and Work Setup Requirements:

  • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.
  • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
  • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
