Job Description
Your mission
Your mission will be to drive sales of study abroad programs for clients based in Italy through written quotations, phone calls, and personalized consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Advising clients and selling tailored language travel programs (mainly via phone, email, and in person)
- Analyzing and responding to client inquiries based on their specific needs
- Preparing and presenting written quotations via in-person meetings, phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up with clients (via phone, email, and WhatsApp)
Qualifications
Your professional skills
- You have excellent communication skills and know how to quickly build trust with clients
- You are results-driven and able to manage your own pipeline independently, effectively prioritizing your activities
- You are comfortable negotiating, presenting solutions, and guiding clients toward the final decision
- You are fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and have a strong command of English (min. B2); any additional language is a plus

- Polished, professional, and credible: you convey confidence and quality in every interaction
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong team player
- Curious about the world, with solid geographical knowledge that enhances your consultative approach
- Passionate about travel and able to turn your experiences into effective sales drivers

- Working hours: Full-time
- National Collective Labor Agreement for Public Establishments, Catering and Tourism (H05Y) – Level V
- €21,500 – €23,500 gross annual (RAL), depending on experience and skills, plus company benefits
