🤖 Ready to build the supply chain powering the future of edge AI? 🤖

At AI-Blox, we design and build high-performance, modular hardware for edge AI applications. As we scale, supply chain excellence becomes mission-critical to deliver innovative products reliably and efficiently.

That’s why we’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations — from demand planning and procurement to inventory management, supplier performance, and production readiness.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams have the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantity and quality — enabling AI-Blox to scale production and bring cutting-edge hardware solutions to market.

Your Mission

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

    • Own the end-to-end supply chain for electronic and hardware components — from sourcing to delivery
    • Select, negotiate, and develop suppliers, building long-term partnerships that ensure quality, competitiveness, and continuity
    • Place and oversee purchase orders, keeping purchasing, stock, and supplier data accurate in our ERP
    • Run MRP processes to keep material availability aligned with production planning at all times
    • Collaborate with Sales to translate demand forecasts into procurement decisions
    • Define inventory policies — safety stock, reorder points, min/max levels — balancing availability and working capital
    • Anticipate and manage long lead time components through forward-buying, buffers, and component standardisation with Engineering
    • Drive cost reduction initiatives and track total cost of ownership across the supply base
    • Control all logistics flows — inbound, outbound, and intra-company — managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and customs compliance
    • Build supply chain dashboards and reporting to provide full visibility to leadership
    • Ensure quality compliance, structured documentation, and robust internal processes

Requirements

🧩 What makes you a great fit:

    • 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or purchasing within electronics or hardware; Master's degree preferred
    • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is a plus
    • Solid ERP experience and strong command of MRP and production-driven purchasing
    • Proven track record in supplier management, negotiations, and supplier development
    • Experience in inventory optimisation, demand planning, and logistics management across inbound, outbound, and 3PL
    • Familiar with long lead time procurement, supply risk mitigation, and cost reduction
    • Strong grasp of quality principles, compliance, and documentation standards
    • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented — you make decisions from data
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling tech startup; a collaborative team player
    • Fluent in English; additional languages and occasional travel are a plus

Benefits

🎁 On top of a competitive salary, we offer:

  • 32 vacation days (incl 12 additional leave days)
  • Healthcare benefits (incl Alan daily care)
  • Group insurance
  • Meal vouchers
  • Mobility budget
  • Flex Income Plan (through Payflip)
  • Stock options (performance based)
  • Fun team drinks & events
  • A brand new office in the heart of Brussels
