Job Description
Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the operations, planning, and purchasing functions.
- Receives and logs records, files, or paperwork, verifying completeness and accuracy.
- Inputs data, compiles information, and distributes or processes files to completion.
- Answers questions, retrieves information, or generates reports for management as needed.
- Assist with production planning and special projects.
- Performs scheduled inventory cycle counts
- Assists with purchasing of MRO and other manufacturing supplies
- Maintains inventory of various supplies, including inks, lubricants and other facility supplies
- Perform other related duties and overtime as required.
Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
- Proficient at general software, including MS Office and/or Google Office tools
- Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and ability to coordinate phases of work with others.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role at the noted location is $21.00 to $27.21 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
