The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment.
### Your Day to Day:
Log into the national sales queue
Actively prospect for new business
Engage inbound sales leads
Update sales activities in the CRM
Meet average weekly KPI for sales activities
Present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone
Manage your pipeline in various sales stages
Attain monthly sales targets
Work respectfully with our supporting departments
### What you May Have:
Demonstrated success as top performer with a focus on new business acquisition
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience responsible for the full sales cycle
Skilled in short sales cycle pipeline management
Consultative selling experience in acquiring net new accounts
A competitive mindset
Results driven
A positive attitude
Highly organized
Problem solver
Strong time management skills
Post secondary is an asset however equivalent work experience will be considered
