Requirements
- Experience in a service coordination, customer service, or related role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence.
