We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented associate to join our financial operations team, supporting high‑volume transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, excellent communication in English, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting processes.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end financial transactions, preparing reconciliations, and delivering timely reports to support month‑end activities. You will investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain proper documentation, and adhere to internal controls while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Collaboration is key, as you will share knowledge with colleagues, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure smooth operations across the team.
### Your Main Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end process of handling and processing high-volume financial transactions accurately and on time.Communicate effectively with international stakeholders—both in writing and verbally—by providing clear, professional information and addressing inquiries.Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, including bank reconciliations, to maintain accurate records and support month-end activities.Investigate and resolve discrepancies by identifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions.Maintain proper documentation, adhere to internal controls, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency.Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and escalate issues when necessary.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spokenPreferably experienced in accounting and/or financial operationsDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of investigating and resolving issues independentlyStrong analytical and logical thinking skillsProven proficiency in Microsoft Excel within a finance environment (e.g., lookup functions,pivot tables, string formulas)Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including during public holidaysOpen to placement in BSD City and/or Central Jakarta
