We are seeking a client-facing Performance Testing Engineer to join our professional services team and conduct testing and quality assurance for banking and fintech clients. In this full-time role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams to define, build, test, and launch scalable server-side capabilities and digital products.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Iliad T3
- Hands on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
- Strong familiarity with Splunk and Datadog
- Scripting skills in Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, or Shell
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD practices
- Background working with regulated environments and secure SDLC practices

Minimum Degree Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
