Your Role in the Story
As a Night Auditor at LUURA, you are the guardian of our property during the overnight hours, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial reporting, and a seamless guest experience. You are the first and last point of contact for overnight guests, combining operational precision with attentive service. Your role is key in maintaining LUURA’s promise of luxury and excellence, ensuring every guest interaction is professional, secure, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Perform nightly audit of the property’s financial transactions, including balancing accounts, reconciling reports, and verifying revenue entries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overnight guest requests, concerns, or emergencies, providing prompt and professional resolution.
- Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and communications in the property management system.
- Monitor hotel security, safety systems, and access controls, coordinating with security and maintenance teams as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to ensure guest requests are met and operations continue seamlessly overnight.
- Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, or special requests that occur during night hours.
- Prepare and submit nightly reports to management, highlighting discrepancies, incidents, or operational observations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, online reviews, and feedback from overnight guests, escalating issues when necessary.
- Uphold LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and communication throughout the shift
- Prepare a detailed report of your shift for your manager and ensure a smooth handover so the next shift can operate efficiently.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in front office, night audit, guest relations, or luxury hotel operations for at least 2 years.
- Pre-opening experience will be considered as a plus
- Strong background in luxury guest experience and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision during night shifts
- Professional appearance, etiquette, and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, positive, and guest-focused approach
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
- Eligible to work in an EU country
