Purpose: The Reporting and Analytics Manager will drive operational excellence across the commodity management function. This role will be the central for commodity management in standardizing ways of working, enabling data-driven decisions, and improving resilience and compliance.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

  • Own and publish the Supplier Spend Report (monthly/quarterly) with insights by commodity, supplier, region, business unit, and savings pipeline.
  • Maintain a Global Raw Material/Feedstock Price Index dashboard; link market movements to PPV, should-costs, and sourcing levers.
  • Consolidate procurement KPIs; drive a standardized monthly performance review pack.
  • Run a global event monitoring & alerting program (geopolitics, strikes, port congestion, FX volatility, natural disasters); push proactive alerts to commodity team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain procurement process maps across sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and change control.
  • Own document control, versioning, and approvals in SharePoint/Teams; maintain a single source of truth.
  • Implement SOPs, RACI, and PMO governance for projects and reporting.
  • Serve as document owner for supply chain/commodity-related documents; manage contract repository.
  • Track key contract dates, renewals, obligations, and KPIs; ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Legal on templates, deviations, and clause libraries.
  • Act as ERP/process steward for procurement modules: releases, UAT, role governance, training, and issue triage.
  • Support ESG/Responsible Sourcing metrics (where applicable).
  • Liaise with Finance, Legal, Quality, Operations, and IT to ensure end-to-end alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data/Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years and above in Procurement/Supply Chain PMO, sourcing operations, or process/analytics roles.
  • Advanced in Power BI, Excel; working knowledge of DAX/SQL preferred.
  • Skilled in process mapping (Visio), project governance, and change management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to turn data into decisions.
  • Analytics & Automation: Power BI, Excel (Power Query), Power Automate
  • Experience using SharePoint/Teams for document control is preferred.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; proactive issue identification and resolution.
  • High ownership mindset; strong partnership with cross-functional teams.
