Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager (TPM) to join the Frontier team at our Witham St Hughs location. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and support key transformation initiatives across the business.
The role will be primarily based at Witham St Hughs; however, regular travel to other Frontier sites will be required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement. The position also offers flexibility for occasional home working, subject to business needs and project requirements.
You will manage projects whilst helping deliver strategic change initiatives that support Frontier’s long-term goals. The role will help deliver new governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management practices alongside project management objectives.
This role will support the delivery of a strategic site optimisation programme, helping the business evolve its operational footprint to ensure long term efficiency, sustainability, and growth. The programme may include a range of activities such as site consolidation, closures, disposals, acquisitions, and the optimisation of existing locations. The Transformation Project Manager will work closely with the following teams to plan and manage the change and communications programme and develop training plans where necessary Operations, HR, Commercial and Product Line. Previous experience delivering property and operations projects is an advantage as is knowledge of managing large change projects.

About You
Proven experience managing complex transformation or change projects
Strong understanding of governance frameworks and portfolio reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of change management with experience in transformation, PMO, or programme delivery roles
Experience delivering property and operational projects, along with knowledge of leases and contracts, is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in project management tooling
Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
Ideally professional certification in project or programme management (Prince2, MSP, PMP, or Agile PM)
Your Role
As a Transformation Project Manager your role will involve:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met
Applying governance standards and maintaining accurate reporting to the Transformation Office
Monitoring progress using RAG status and escalating risks/issues promptly
Driving and embedding effective change management practices across initiatives
Engaging stakeholders to build understanding and commitment to change
Identifying and delivering short-term wins to maintain momentum
Acting as a key liaison between business units, programme leads and senior stakeholders
Providing clear, timely updates on progress, risks and decisions required
Aligning communication plans across initiatives for consistency
Identifying risks and dependencies early and developing mitigation strategies
Securing and allocating resources to ensure successful delivery
Forecasting resource needs, managing allocation and, alongside relationship owners, overseeing third-party vendors and contracts
Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring actual vs. forecasted spend and reporting variances to ensure financial control
Helping define, track, and report on project benefits to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes
Establishing quality standards for deliverables and conducting regular reviews to maintain compliance with agreed specifications
Working with the business Finance experts to ensure all project activities meet relevant legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
Capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Working with Transformation Programme Manager to produce dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions
