Job Description

Enterprise account business development within the Microsoft ecosystem involves prospecting and client retention. This Paris-based role is aimed at an experienced Sales Engineer.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Sales Engineer (M/F), you report to the Paris commercial manager.

• Develop an existing and strategic client portfolio across all our service lines
• Identify new prospects
• Contribute to drafting innovative commercial proposals with support from technical and functional teams
• Conduct client follow-up and ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts
• Manage your account portfolio
• Develop account plans
• Report on your activity

Qualifications

• With a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in the digital services company sector.
• You are motivated by client service quality and want to build long-term partnerships with our clients.
• With strong interpersonal skills, you demonstrate tenacity and energy.
• Driven by challenge and results, you quickly earn the trust of teams within the scope you manage independently.
• Experience at a digital services company is essential !
