Change Management Consultant M365 and Copilot (M/F)

Job Description

Deploying Microsoft 365 and Copilot in large organisations is as much about evolving usage as about choosing tools. The success of these transformations rests on the quality of human enablement. This role is aimed at a consultant experienced in change management across Microsoft environments.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As a Change Management Consultant M365 and Copilot (M/F), your autonomy and proactive mindset come into their own on varied projects leaving room for initiative and innovation. You operate with our key account clients on practice and tooling transformation projects.

• Support our clients in their change strategy
• Run workshops on practices and usages within organisations
• Understand the client's impacts, functional and organisational needs
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance strategies, define a target and a roadmap
• Contribute actively to developing the offering: design and implement enablement solutions
• Run technical specification workshops and draft associated documentation
• Deploy solutions in the client's context, carry out technical and functional UAT

Qualifications

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, you have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in change management (excluding work-study programs), particularly on issues related to user and client support in their M365 digital transformation projects.
• You are proficient in Microsoft and Copilot technologies, and have a sensitivity to generative AI: Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral, etc.
• You are able to interact with varied groups of stakeholders: IT, executives, operations staff.
• Your appetite for challenge will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions involving complex, heterogeneous, and innovative issues.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
• You are comfortable working both in a team and independently.
• Your dynamism allows you to convince and unite people.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Fluent in French is mandatory
