Responsibilities and Technologies

As a Cloud Operations Manager at Netcompany, you will play a key role, combining technical leadership with operational responsibility in complex and regulated environments.

You will have people management responsibilities and overall accountability for the operations, stability, and continuous development of cloud platforms across both client solutions and internal services. You will lead a technical team and ensure that solutions meet high standards for performance, security, and scalability.

The role requires you to set direction while maintaining a strong technical overview—from architecture and governance to hands-on implementation. Together with your team, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and development, helping to ensure a mature and scalable cloud platform.

In addition to leadership experience, strong IT expertise is essential. As a Cloud Operations Manager, it is important that you can contribute to both technical discussions and problem-solving related to the solutions delivered to clients. You will also act as a mentor to both new and experienced employees. The mentoring relationship is a long-term commitment, giving you the opportunity to support and develop your mentees throughout their careers at Netcompany. Your responsibilities will typically include:

• Leading and developing a cloud operations team
• Driving standardization, automation, and scalability across cloud platforms
• Establishing and enforcing governance frameworks, security models, and operational principles
• Ensuring close collaboration between development, operations, and security teams, based on DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Owning architecture and strategic decisions related to the evolution of the platform

About you
To succeed in this role, you:

• Have extensive operational experience with Microsoft Azure in complex enterprise environments
• Have proven responsibility for platform operations, including monitoring, automation, and platform scaling
• Have a security-focused mindset with experience from regulated environments, including Zero Trust principles and private network design
• Have a strong understanding of architecture, platform design, and modern cloud principles
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices
