GST & TDS Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance to manage and resolve enterprise client queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on tax compliance knowledge along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enterprise client queries related to:
  • GST filings
  • TDS provisions, deductions, returns & compliance
• Provide advisory-level clarification on GST & TDS applicability.
• Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely query resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communications.
• Support compliance-related escalations.

Preferred Background

• Experience in SaaS-based compliance platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise clients.
• Experience in tax-tech companies.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in GST & TDS compliance.
• Strong understanding of:
  • GST Act & Rules
  • TDS provisions under Income Tax Act
  • GST reconciliation
• Experience working with CA firms / Tax consulting firms / SaaS compliance platforms preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Client handling experience is mandatory.
