Bartender - Extra

Job Description

We are currently seeking an extra Bartender to join our team. • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Work hours are mostly evening based, but can occur during the day
• Scheduling is on a "need be" basis, which means that you will become a part of our extra staff pool

Qualifications

• Must a proven track record in a similar role
• A positive and enthusiastic mentality 
• Multitasking abilities with focus on efficiency and high quality service
• Excellent organizational and upselling skills
• A passion for producing high quality customer care
• Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
• Clear thinker with excellent communication and creative flair
• Fluency in English. Both English and Swedish is desirable
• Must hold hold a valid work permit, Swedish phone number and Swedish account number.
