This role is based in our  240 Blackfriars office.

We are seeking a Sales Tech Enablement Specialist to join our Sales Operations & Enablement team. The role is based out of our office in -London, UK. Reporting to the Sales Tech Enablement Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our sales technology stack, supporting a global sales organization of 100+ professionals. This role is critical in maximizing the effectiveness of our sales tools, driving user adoption, and ensuring our sales teams have the technical capabilities to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Technology Management & Optimisation

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our sales technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Autobound, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ebsta, ZoomInfo and Clay
  • Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities, features, and best practices to guide sales team usage
  • Monitor tool utilization and adoption metrics, identifying opportunities for improved engagement
  • Configure and optimize sales tools to align with business processes and sales workflows
  • Triaging and resolving inbound queries in a timely manner from users relating to enablement, such as training and knowledge improvement, general ‘how to’ questions and scoping out enhancement requests to be able to act as the bridge between the users and technical teams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as first point of contact for sales technology support
  • Partner with IT and vendor support teams to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancement request and technical fixes

Training & Enablement

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new users across the Sales Technology stack
     
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing sales team members on all sales technology platforms
  • Create engaging training materials including user guides, video tutorials, quick reference sheets, and FAQs
  • Conduct live training sessions (virtual and in-person) for individual tools and integrated workflows
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to drive continuous learning and skill development
  • Maintain a centralized knowledge base and resource library for self-service learning

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales technology usage, adoption, and effectiveness
  • Analyse sales activity data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leadership on tool performance and ROI
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across platforms, implementing data hygiene best practices
  • Create custom reports to support sales operations and strategic initiatives
  • Track and report on key enablement metrics and KPIs

Process Optimisation & Best Practices

  • Document and standardize sales processes and workflows across the technology stack
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to implement process enhancements
  • Establish and communicate best practices for tool usage and sales workflows
  • Conduct regular audits of tool configurations and user permissions

Tool Evaluation & Implementation

  • Participate in the evaluation of new sales technologies and platform enhancements
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new tools or major platform updates
  • Conduct user acceptance testing for new features and integrations
  • Gather feedback from sales users to inform tool selection and configuration decisions
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and attend relevant training sessions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration across systems
  • Act as liaison between sales teams and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team members on broader enablement initiatives
  • Support sales leadership with technology-related projects and strategic initiatives
  • Communicate platform changes, updates, and enhancements to the global sales organisation

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales technology roles
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (administration or power user level)
  • Proven experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach or similar)
  • Experience supporting or training sales teams on technology platforms
  • Track record of driving user adoption and behaviour change through enablement initiatives

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, workflows)
  • Working knowledge of Outreach, Autobound, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ebsta,  ZoomInfo and Clay
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and independently
  • Experience with learning management systems

  • Strong training and presentation skills with experience facilitating virtual and in-person sessions
