The S&OE team oversees 1400 stores worldwide and 5 E-commerce warehouses in Europe, handling everything from promotions to commercial events and product launches. This specific role focuses on our Retail activities. Every day is an adventure, with your work directly impacting the company’s success.
Our main goal: maximize availability and profitability by optimizing the forecast for the 0-3 months horizon. You independently manage daily planning operations for your country package while constantly seeking improvements, exploring new opportunities, and driving projects to elevate our top-tier Supply Chain.
Your key responsibilities:
- KPI-management: Manage, provide, forecast and analyze, on a daily basis, relevant KPI’s & metrics like Availability, Days of Supply, Forecast and Inventory Value versus Store Targets.
- Forecasting Management: Manage the S&OE forecast for our products and stores within the 0-3 month horizon while by optimising our settings and considering factors like actual sales, variables like leadtime, safety stock
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain a good relationship with our internal and external stakeholders. External: Have frequent efficient meetings with the Retail Coordinators and managers in our Rituals countries. Set-up the right discussions and address important topics to create an even better future in our way of working together. Internally, you will work closely with teams like Supply, Demand & Inventory planning, S&OP Planning, Logistics, Retail, Ecom, Wholesale/travel/B2B/Master Franchise, Marketing but also Business Technology!
- Operational Excellence: Our road to succes! Pro-actively search, work on and implement improvement initiatives that contribute to the growth of our Retail and Ecom S&OE planning team and our Supply Chain Department as a whole.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in S&OE planning or replenishment planning or a combination of planning and forecasting in a commercial organization;
- Experience with working in a Retail or FMCG organization;
- You have a minimum Bachelor educational level, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration;
- You are great with Excel and have experience with working with Power BI dashboarding;
- You have knowledge of ERP and planning software, preferably Logility & RELEX;
- You have analytical skills and commercial insight.
- You are assertive, proactive, flexible, accurate and you have a high level of stress resistance.
