About the role

Join us as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Spain to hire the sales and customer success people who will carry Lexroom into the Spanish market. You'll report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and sit at the front line of our Spain expansion, working at pace with the managers building our Spanish customer-facing teams.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting cycle for Spanish-market sales, operations and customer roles, at volume.

  • Build and manage inbound pipelines, keeping a high, steady tempo of screening and interviews.

  • Partner with sales and customer success managers and stay on top of feedback so roles never stall.

  • Engage candidates and sell the Lexroom story in a market we're just opening.

What we're looking for

  • Native or fluent Spanish, plus fluent English.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, with a background or strong interest in the startup, sales or customer world.

  • The energy and pace to run high-volume hiring without losing the human touch.

  • Clear, confident communication with managers and candidates.

  • Familiarity with the Spanish startup and sales ecosystem is a strong plus. Italian is a plus.

We recently closed a USD 50M Series B led by Left Lane Capital, with investors including Base10 Partners and Eurazeo, bringing total funding to over USD 73M, to expand across Europe starting with Spain and Germany.

How we work: you'll help open a brand-new market, so expect to move fast, build as you go, and take ownership from day one.

Compensation

  • Annual salary: €25,000 to €35,000 gross

  • Performance bonus: up to 10% of your base salary

  • Equity: stock options for every Lexroom employee, so you share in what we build
