A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant.

This role offers:

• $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience
• Flexible schedule options
• 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 2 patients per hour
• Full benefits package

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Following treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
• Assisting patients with therapeutic exercise and functional rehab
• Supporting strength, flexibility, gait, mobility, and balance work
• Monitoring patient progress during treatment
• Reporting updates and concerns to the supervising PT
• Reinforcing home exercise programs
• Completing clear and accurate documentation
• Helping maintain a professional treatment environment

Requirements

• Florida PTA License required
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
