What the Work Looks Like

You’ll help patients move through treatment activities created by the Physical Therapist. This may include strengthening, stretching, balance work, gait training, mobility exercises, and functional tasks that support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under PT supervision
• Guide patients through prescribed therapy exercises
• Assist with functional movement and orthopedic rehab activities
• Monitor patient safety, tolerance, and performance
• Report patient progress to the Physical Therapist
• Reinforce home exercise programs
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Support daily clinic flow and treatment room readiness

Requirements

• Florida PTA License required
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
• Organized and professional work style

Offer Details

• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
