Offer Details

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Clinic: PT-owned

What the Work Involves

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic concerns, including pain, injury recovery, post-surgical needs, sports-related issues, weakness, balance concerns, and mobility limitations.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and functional assessments
• Create personalized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, mobility training, and functional rehab
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention
• Review progress and update care plans
• Document visits, reassessments, and discharge summaries
• Communicate with PTAs and other staff to support patient care
• Maintain a professional treatment environment

Requirements

• Florida PT License required
• DPT or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in orthopedic care
