Job Description

As an iOS Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing our core iOS application bringing AI technology to health and wellness. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of iOS development, with a specialization in creating robust, user-friendly mobile applications for the healthcare sector. Additionally, this candidate will be an expert in Swift, and understand the intricacies of the iOS ecosystem, including REST APIs, and have experience in building applications that scale to millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design and development of a modern and user-friendly healthcare mobile application.

• Utilize Swift to develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.

• Implement responsive and engaging user interfaces adhering to Apple's design principles.

• Integrate third-party libraries and services to enhance application functionality.

• Ensure the security and privacy of healthcare data through effective implementation of best practices.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and updates.

Qualifications

• 90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills.

• 7+ years of industry experience as an iOS Engineer supporting enterprise B2B web applications.

• Strong proficiency in Swift and deep knowledge of SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency (async/await), Observation, and SwiftData.

• Experience designing scalable mobile architectures, including offline storage, concurrency, and background processing.

• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) to build shared cross-platform architecture and reuse core business logic across platforms.

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to automate workflows and improve software delivery.

• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks and technologies, including UIKit, CoreData, CoreAnimation, and SwiftUI.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services.

• Proven experience in optimizing applications for performance and efficiency.
