Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Paid Media)

Job Description

Part-time | Remote | Spanish & Italian Required

We are looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords) and paid media management to support our international digital marketing activities.

Role Overview

This is a part-time freelance position (approximately 4 hours per day), focused on managing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms, while collaborating on broader digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.)
• Oversee and support Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement
• Support the execution of digital marketing projects (landing pages, tracking, lead generation initiatives)
• Collaborate with internal teams across different countries (Spain, Italy, etc.)
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve campaign performance

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a performance-focused approach
• Solid understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
• Experience working on lead generation campaigns
• Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both written and spoken)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as Trello or similar project management platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a freelance setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of CRM integrations or lead tracking systems
• Experience in real estate or recruitment campaigns is a plus
