Job Description

  • As part of our central Sustainability department, you will support the SUS communication roadmap.
  • You will coordinate activities regarding sustainability reporting in accordance with CSRD guidelines.
  • Developing and coordinating sustainability-related trainings are among your responsibilities.
  • Contributing to circular economy initiatives, you will assist with market analysis and the development of business models.
  • You will collaborate across functions on projects involving various specialist departments, global locations, and external partners and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration/Economics, Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field of study.
  • Initial knowledge of ESG topics and regulatory frameworks is desirable.
  • Analytical skills and an aptitude for data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Interest in sustainability and corporate responsibility.
  • Independent and structured working style.
  • Good communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ESG software tools is ideal.

Additional Information

Start date: 01.11.2026 or by arrangement
Duration: 12 months 

The PreMaster program is a two-stage qualification program for motivated bachelor’s degree graduates who aim to pursue a master’s degree. Following the completion of a bachelor’s degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience to familiarize participants with technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master’s program and includes additional events and seminars, as well as personalized support from a mentor to help you successfully complete your degree.
