Recruiter (m/w/d) Logistics & Supply Chain - 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role:

In this role, you will take full ownership of the entire recruiting process, with plenty of room to shape outcomes and make a real impact. At the same time, you will play an active role in shaping how we collaborate and continue to develop as a recruiting organization.

 

This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension.

 

About Your Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo).
• Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 20–30 hires.
• Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments.
• Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools, optimizing workflows, and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level.

Qualifications

About You:

• You have initial experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on blue-collar hiring.
• You work confidently with stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
• You have successfully filled challenging roles and consistently delivered high-quality hires, even in competitive talent markets.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• Practical experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
