Job Description

Strategic vision & roadmap: Run Accor's DEI strategy & roadmap and translate commitments into actionable initiatives across brands and regions, in collaboration with the Sustainability Leaders and P&C networks.

Inclusive hospitality for guests: Develop and deploy programs that make Accor's guest experience welcoming to all — including, for example, LGBTQI+ guests. Support brands and regions in implementing & deploying relevant certifications, standards, toolkits, and trainings.

DEI support to People & Culture: Act as the sustainability function's main P&C counterpart on DEI, embedding DEI across the Heartist lifecycle, for example by integrating DEI content in talents development programs, ensuring inclusive recruitment & promotion processes, and updating COMEX on gender parity stakes.

Performance & reporting: Monitor relevant KPIs and contribute to internal and external reporting on DEI topics, in close coordination with the Sustainability performance team.

Market intelligence: Conduct benchmarks and monitor emerging trends on diversity, equity, and inclusion to inform Accor's positioning and programmatic choices.

Advocacy & partnerships: Support the VP in representing Accor in external forums, working groups, and partnerships related to DEI. Contribute to internal communications that highlight progress and build engagement across the Group.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in DEI, sustainability or social impact roles

Experience in:

  • Designing and deploying DEI strategies and programs
  • Cross-functional coordination with P&C, brand and regional teams
  • International and multicultural environments
  • Hospitality or consumer-facing industries (a plus)

Strong project management skills, hands-on and pragmatic :

  • Good knowledge of DEI topics (gender equality, LGBTQI+ inclusion, accessibility) and related standards
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (EN/FR)
