We are seeking a Kindergarten English Teacher for an international kindergarten in Dujiangyan. This position is available with an immediate start.
Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering instruction to learners aged 3-6 while creating a high-quality English learning environment and maintaining an organized classroom
- Take full responsibility for the quality of student English language learning
- Working hand in hand with co-workers inside and outside of the classrooms
- Communicating with parents and teachers
- Participating in Teaching department meetings, ongoing professional development workshops, and curriculum planning
- Supporting as needed in preparation of events (sports, arts, celebrations, etc)
Requirements
- University degree in any subject, early childhood majors or related preferred
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (over 120 hours) or major in Education or recognized teaching license
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ESL
