The Senior Manager, Data Enablement Operations will support the operational effectiveness of the Data & Technology Solutions Partnerships organization. This role will help drive scalable operational processes, support partnership management workflows, and improve coordination across Commercial, Enablement, GTM, Product and regional teams.

This individual will play a key role in helping standardize processes, improve operational visibility, and support the successful execution of partnership operations globally.

You are:

  • Experienced in partnership operations, business operations, enablement, or program management
  • Organized and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing operational execution with continuous process improvement
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency

What you'll be doing:

The Senior Manager, Data Enablement Operations will support the operational effectiveness of the Data & Technology Solutions Partnerships organization. This role will help drive scalable operational processes, support partnership management workflows, and improve coordination across Commercial, Enablement, GTM, Product and regional teams.

This individual will play a key role in helping standardize processes, improve operational visibility, and support the successful execution of partnership operations globally.

You will:

  • Process Coordination and Requirements Management: Support operational processes that help aggregate, organize and distribute partnership information across teams. Assist in maintaining documentation, requirements and workflows related to partnership management, product requests and agency needs.
  • Tooling and Operational Support: Help manage operational repositories, tracking systems and dashboards that improve visibility into partnerships and operational activities across the organization. Support process improvements that drive consistency and efficiency globally.
  • Training and Documentation Support: Partner with GTM, Enablement and Operations teams to develop and maintain training materials, documentation and operational resources that support effective partnership management.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Operations: Work closely with Commercial, Product, Legal, Enablement and regional stakeholders to support day-to-day operational management of partnership processes and requests.
  • Reporting and Operational Insights: Support tracking and reporting of operational metrics and KPIs to help identify trends, risks and opportunities for process improvement across the partnerships organization.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in partnership operations, program management, business operations, or related functions
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operational workflows simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement
  • Experience with operational tooling, reporting, or workflow management systems preferred

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
