Job Description

As Executive Lounge Manager, you will lead Club Millésime and its team, creating a personalised and elevated experience for our most valued guests.

Balancing operational excellence with genuine hospitality, you will be highly visible within the lounge, building meaningful guest relationships, mentoring your team, and ensuring every detail reflects the Sofitel luxury experience.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing luxury service team
  • Create exceptional experiences for VIP and Club Millésime guests
  • Champion service excellence across every guest touchpoint
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of genuine hospitality
  • Oversee the lounge's premium food and beverage experience
  • Proactively manage guest feedback and service recovery
  • Partner with Front Office, Concierge and F&B teams
  • Drive Sofitel brand standards and operational excellence

Qualifications

You are an experienced hospitality leader who understands that luxury is found in the details.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in guest services leadership (5-star luxury experience is a huge plus)
  • A hands-on leader with a natural ability to motivate and inspire
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong operational and organisational capability
  • Experience developing and leading successful teams
  • A calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays

Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for people, service and creating moments that guests remember long after their stay.
