We are looking for a passionate and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will inspire and motivate clients, delivering tailored workouts that are both effective and enjoyable while ensuring safe use of equipment. As every client is different, excellent people skills are essential to build trust and confidence, creating a positive and supportive fitness environment. This is a varied and rewarding position for someone who is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals.

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

Requirements

• Professional related fitness qualification
• Experience of managing a varied workload
• The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent people management skills
• Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues
